"You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great" this is only a week difference. I stayed consistent and did yoga everyday and it feels amazing. I know it’s only the splits but to finally get a move that I’ve been wanting to accomplish feels great and I’m so happy😁 believe in yourself and stop telling yourself why you can’t accomplish something. Think happy thoughts. 💬 Exercise.💪 Drink lots of water. 💦 Fill your body with good food. 🍉 Healthy is happy. Inspire yourself, inspire others. Give someone a compliment. Make a new friend. Take chances and finally start living life to it’s fullest 💖
