I was embarrassed to put this up at first but I thought maybe this will inspire someone… These pictures are a month of working my ass off and eating healthy food, not starving myself and hating my body. Some days were really hard, I know a lot of you might not understand. But eating even a healthy meal is hard for me sometimes. But I got through it.. And as I am growing in recovery and learning all these new things. God has showed me that he will satisfy all my needs, not some guy, starving myself, self harm or self hate. I am learning to love myself and also learning to take care of my body. Trying to learn that FULL is good. (F.un U.nique. L.oving L.earning) Also these pictures are proof that starving myself gets me no where. When I wasn’t eating I was sad all the time, dizzy, and tired. Now that I am learning that food is fuel and also working out in moderation is healthy I get rewarded for it. I am so thankful that I choose recovery and I am so thankful for the amazing support system I have.
